ADMISSION MATTERS
Admission period: till August 23, 2008
Schedule of Selection test: August 26 - 27, 2008
Requirement for the prospective students:
1. The prospective students should hold bachelor degree.
2. Having good academic abilities and considering be able to follow the graduate study.
3. Completing the application forms
4. Passing the selection test
Application for being new student must be submitted underwritten by filling application form from HMIS and enclosed documents of:
● Copy of university certificate and academic transcript which have been legalized by the former universities (double).
● Copy of permission letter to study from the company management (double), only for candidates who have been working.
● 3×4 photograph (3 sheets)
● For candidates who have Certificate of Academic Aptitude Test from OTTO BAPPENAS and UGM TOEFL, BPFE TOEFL or International TOEFL, the certificates can be enclosed on application forms.
● Receipt of admission and selection fee payment as Rp 550.000,00 (selection test in UGM), and Rp 750.000,00 (selection test in origin region). The fee is paid into BNI account number: 0039230826 (UGM Bulaksumur Branch Office), in the name of: “Direktur Program S2 IKM UGM”.
